These Terms apply to all visitors and users, including those who simply browse articles and those who submit an inquiry via our contact channels.

Minimum age: You must be at least 16 years old to submit a form or otherwise provide personal data through the Site. If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must contact us on your behalf. If local law requires a higher age for consent or contracting, that higher age will apply.

2. Service description and scope

GaelicSignal provides educational materials focused on smartphone literacy and practical digital habits. Our content may include guides, checklists, articles, and workshop information related to smartphone setup, device organization, safer everyday usage, accessory basics, and mobile photography. The Site is designed to help users complete common tasks with clearer understanding and fewer mistakes.

Limitations: GaelicSignal is not a repair service, warranty provider, mobile network operator, or device manufacturer. We do not provide emergency support, and we do not guarantee that our content will apply to every device model, operating system version, or third-party app. You are responsible for confirming device compatibility and for following official guidance from your device manufacturer or service provider where appropriate.

3. User obligations

You agree to use the Site in a lawful, respectful manner and in a way that does not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Site. You also agree that any information you submit to us (for example, via a workshop interest or contact request) will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and will not include sensitive details such as passwords or one-time verification codes.

  • Use the Site only for personal, non-commercial learning unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, security features, or rate limits.
  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.

Where the Site provides optional sign-ups or registrations for workshops in the future, you agree to maintain one account per person and to keep your account credentials confidential. We may refuse or restrict registrations if we suspect misuse or automation.

4. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal educational purposes. You may print or save short excerpts for personal reference, provided you keep attribution intact and do not remove legal notices.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

5. Prohibited activities
